Changes to my study programme

  Hi! I’m studying chemistry and pharmacy at university of Chile. This career lasts five and a half years (theoretically) but most of the students take 7 or 8 years. In this career you can learn about science and all the processes behind of medication, also you will know about different diseases or pathologies and his treatments. We have a lot of subjects related with many areas, like industry, laboratories, health, regulatory things, cosmetics, and others. I agree with most of the subjects we have, but sometimes the “requirements” for some courses are the problem. For example, you need to pass the subject electromagnetism to take cellular physiology the next semester. I think these subjects aren’t related, so if you fail, it takes another year immediately in the first year. So, I would change that, and I would like to implement more laboratories (like subjects not like infrastructure). With respect to workload, I think in the last two years, it is very high, specially the last...

Time travel to the past or future

 Hi class! If I could travel in time I would like to travel to the past. Because I will like to revive memories of that times...maybe when I was a child, or simply come back in special moment.. and I if I could, I change some mistakes, but by other side the mistakes we commited in the past lead us to who we are today.  I would like to travel to the past and see all my life to today.. like a review, like a spectator. And I if I could intervene in  something, maybe I will visit me in the beginning of the career to say to me everything will be ok, we will get it, it’s difficult but we can!! I would like to travel to around 2009, because my family had a dog who called “Dinky” and he was like a San Bernardo breed, so he was very big and so fluffy… He died by a cancer :( and I would like to see he again and give an hug.. My dream job 🏥

 Hi classmates! Thinking about my dream job, I think it's a job which is near the people. I like to help other people and explain the things with patience and empathy. In my carrer, the area most near to this job, is clinical pharmacy or assitence pharmacy. Other reason is for to wear a "clinical uniform", I imagine wearing it. 😊 The skills I will need are having a deep knowledge about medication, mechanism of action, doses, contraindications, and always be in continuous professional development. The salary can vary a lot, because it depends of your years of service, the shifts, and if you have another degree like PhD, master's, or a specialty. My study program is chemistry and pharmacy and in the future I will like to complement my studies with others courses or maybe a master's, but first I want to have work experience and then I will decide.  Anyway, liike that pharmacist exist in other areas like the industry (the most common) and the best paid. The best concert ever

 Hi everyone! My best concert ever it was in October 2013 when i saw the band “Iron maiden”. They are a english band since 1975. It is a heavy metal band, and it has 6 members, all of then are very old (around 65 years old) so in any moment they could pass away. This concert it was when I was 13 years old and my mom went with me (I couldn’t go alone). The atmosphere was savage, it had many people screaming and doing headbang. I felt so excited because it was one of my first concerts, so i sang every song and also i heard other songs that i have never listened to before. It was a great experience, then i saw them again 3 years later (in 2016). The only bad side is I couldn’t see them clearly because I am short and the rest of the people are tall. I remember that we arrived later to the concert, so we got lost 2 bands that played before. This band always come frequently, even they come last time in 2019. México 🇲🇽

 Hi class! I hope everyone are fine. In this blog I am going to talk about country I would like to visit and this is México 🌮. This country is very big so i don’t know which city i would like to visit.. maybe go to the traditional places like Cancún or Tulum and definitely taste a lot a food!! I love “elote” or choclo as we know in Chile, so this is the first in my checklist. I would like to visit México with my boyfriend because we both like the world of budding movies/series and the major voiceover actor are mexican! Also this country have beautiful landscape’s like Cancún beach… I like the sun and the calm sea to take a nap or gets a tan, and obviously while I am eating 🌯 I would like to study or work for a short time in México … not forever because I don’t imagine living so far from my family and my dogs and Chilito has many things that absolutely I will not find in other countries like a stall of completos, sopaipillas, empanadas, etc. I hope someday i can go and take many p...

Hello classmates!! I hope everyone are fine... I know you are tired but still is little time to finish the semester 👐 so cheer up! In my experience I never had to wrote blogs in english so this modality is very comfortable and fun. Sincerely I liked so much to do the blogs because the teacher give us themes to write and thats themes was so dynamic ... Since talk about our carreers to a simple opinion. I think to do blogs is a  good idea for many reason. For example: we can to meet new classmates or your likes, we can to debate about the different opinions, we can to expres freely our thought, etc. For me write in english not is so difficult but speak it yes. The last year I was so rusty with the english because I only used this language for songs or somethings like that but never to write about my likes or my opinions so in the beginning of the subject was a little complicated since I forgot some words. Justice for Antonia

Hello classmates! I chose write about a beautiful memory, I has been between "The biggest march" or "Feminist march". But due to the consequences that we live today I decided write about Feminist march. It was this year... at the beginning of the year, the famous "8M The international women's Day". I went with my mom, my sister, one of my friends and my half sister. We started at 12 pm and we come back at home at 6 or 7 pm. It was a very hot day but nothing could can't stop it! We was a thousens of women singing, dancing, shout, etc. Incredibly, between a lot of people we could to find a near friends or aunts... was so crazy and a long day... (until the "pacos" appeared buuuuu ) We walked so much and the sun was shinning in his highest form..... Even my mom and my sister they wind up with sunburn hahahaha it was a intense day...  In that moment you feel accompany and protected. Because all had the same reason to be there: Stop rap...
