Changes to my study programme
Hi! I’m studying chemistry and pharmacy at university of Chile. This career lasts five and a half years (theoretically) but most of the students take 7 or 8 years. In this career you can learn about science and all the processes behind of medication, also you will know about different diseases or pathologies and his treatments. We have a lot of subjects related with many areas, like industry, laboratories, health, regulatory things, cosmetics, and others. I agree with most of the subjects we have, but sometimes the “requirements” for some courses are the problem. For example, you need to pass the subject electromagnetism to take cellular physiology the next semester. I think these subjects aren’t related, so if you fail, it takes another year immediately in the first year. So, I would change that, and I would like to implement more laboratories (like subjects not like infrastructure).
